POLAR EXPRESS DAY

Polar Express Day has become a tradition at Cleveland Elementary.  Students always enjoy getting to dress in their pj's and come to school.  We plan many activities during the day including reading The Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg, writing about the book, and of course watching the movie at the end of the day.  Then for snack, students drink hot chocolate with marshmallows and eat cookies. It's a great way to celebrate great stories and the Christmas season!
